Ingredients:
- 500g of chicken breasts
- a chicken broth cube.
- half a cup of diced carrots.
- half a cup of celery.
- half a cup of vermicelli.
- salt, pepper, cinnamon sticks, bay leaf.
- parsley.
Method:
- Boil the chicken and skim, add the onion, cinnamon sticks, and bay leaf, salt, and pepper.
- After half an hour, add the vegetables and vermicelli and let simmer for 1/2 hour, adding a bit of fresh parsley (optional).
Roast Chicken:
Ingredients:for 6 people: 1 free-range chicken, 800 g of small new potatoes, 6 cloves of garlic, 1 drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper.
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Cut half of the garlic cloves and place them inside the chicken.
- Wash the potatoes and then dry them.
- In the center of the dish, place the chicken and then arrange the potatoes around it. Scatter fresh thyme over everything, add a drizzle of sunflower oil, salt, pepper, and the remaining garlic cloves.
- Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 1 hour and 30 minutes, until the chicken and potatoes are nicely golden.

- Heat the oil: In a large pot, heat the oil to 350°F. Line the baking sheet with paper towels.
- Season and coat the wings: In a large bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt. Add the wings and mix until each wing is well coated.
- Fry: Add the wings to the hot oil and fry until they are cooked through, golden, and crispy.
- Use a slotted spoon to transfer the wings to the baking sheet.
